At Royal Snooker Club Co., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and replacements subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Replacement Period

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit,

  • Defective,

  • Incorrect, or

  • Missing parts,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items.

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request:

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.

  3. If required, share photographs of the product.

  4. Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipment will be provided.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product of equivalent value, subject to customer approval.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the Return Policy will apply.
